Guarantee

All our products have at least a 1 year manufacturers warranty and although those warranties expect customers to return products directly, we are often able to exchange products for you and return any faulty goods ourselves. Some products are guaranteed for longer than 1 year (for example, Rise and Recline chairs and bath lifts). Every product has the guarantee period clearly shown on each product description page and we are happy for you to contact us if you have any questions about individual product guarantees.
