These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
We may need to alter these terms and conditions at any time.  Any changes will occur on the date they are posted onto the site.  You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, this ensures you are aware of the most current changes made to them.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect our statutory rights.
 
Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order (by clicking the Submit Order button on the Submit Order page).
After submitting an order Ability Outlet will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.  We will send the same details to you in an e-mail. Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance of your order.
Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second email will tell you so.
Ability Outlet will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
 
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in the currency relevant to the currency page chosen on the Ability Outlet website. They include any VAT payable (should VAT be relevant to the order), but exclude delivery charges if any charge needs to be included (for details see ‘Delivery’ below).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. installation), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch.  Payment is deducted when we process your order.
 
Delivery
Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered. Postage & packaging is FREE on orders of over £175.00 or more [UK mainland].  Excluding beds and some special products. Orders less than £175.00 will be charged at £5.25 per order [ UK mainland ]. However there will we do not deliver to Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man,  ScottishHighlands and Islands and Northern Ireland Please contact first if you would like us to made special arrangements. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We aim to deliver goods within 3-5 days, however 28 days should be allowed.  Delivery is also dependent upon geographical location and size of item.  Special items and made to order items make take longer.   

We cannot be held responsible for contingencies beyond our control such as strikes, lockouts, shipping delays, fire, war etc. All confirmed orders may be partially or wholly suspended without liability on our part. In such an event the purchaser will have no claim against us for loss or damage either direct or consequential which may result.
 
 
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically [UK mainland]. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
 
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.  You can cancel an order by following the links on the Mobility Outlet website, or by calling us on 01634 375537.
 
Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from Mobilityoutlet.co.uk then you have 28 working days to do so.  All returns for credit must be previously agreed in writing.  This may not include specially made items or personal hygiene products.  A restocking charge of 20% of the value of goods will be charged in most cases.  
It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 10 working days.  The returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused. If you have received a gift or discount voucher with the product that must also be returned.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.  Pre-recorded videotapes, DVD’s, CD’s, minidisks and other software must be sealed.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.  We will also pay for the costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
